The average entry fee ranges from INR 3000 to INR 8700. It is mandatory to pay the registration fee of INR 300. The duration of the Advanced Diploma Course has been fixed at 1 year.

The university offers a user-friendly process to log in to any respective portals. Students can submit their application form, check details like fee structure, examination date, application date, and download the hall ticket and prospectus by enrolling in their account. To log in, students have to enter all the details, like a unique enrollment number and password. Those candidates who forget their application number or password have to enter their registered email id. 

How to Create ABC ID for OU DDE

While applying for any desired program at the Osmania University distance education, applicants are requested to create an ABC ID and a DEB ID. The ABC ID is a 12-digit unique number that is created under the NEP (National Education Policy) 2020 guidelines. It provides a “credit transfer” system that allows students to switch from one program to another. Applicants can choose different ways to generate an ABC ID. Below are the steps to guide students: 

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Digilocker or download the Digilocker app. 

Step 2: If you are a new user, click on the Sign Up tab and create a new account by providing all the information. 

Step 3: If you already have an account, simply press the Sign In tab. 

Step 4: Once logged in, go to the ABC (Academic Bank of Credits) banner on the homepage. 

Step 5: Click on the “Join Now” button. 

Step 6: Students shall fill in all details, such as personal and academic information, such as name, date of birth, university name, and admission year. 

Step 7: Now, click on the “Get Document” tab to create your ID. 

Step 8: Once it’s done, download or take a screenshot of it.
