About University: Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University is a state-level open university established in 1999. Online registration has started for undergraduate degree courses at Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University for the academic session 2026. Students can apply to programs like BBA, BCOM, BA, BLIS, and BCA available in distance learning mode. These courses are provided for a minimum duration of 3 years and a maximum duration of 6 years. Undergraduate degree 

• Applicants have to pass their 10+2 examination or equivalent from any reputed educational board.
• A minimum 45% mark is required in the qualifying examination. 
• For the BCA program, individuals with a 10+2 or 3-year diploma from the Board of Technical Education or equivalent, or a Two-year ITI programme of any Trade after 10th are also eligible. 
• They must have proficiency in either Hindi or English. 

Postgraduate degree

• A bachelor’s degree of 3 years in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised university is required.
• A minimum of 50% mark (45% for the reserve category) in the qualifying examination is necessary.
• Language fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
