The Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) distance education course is 3 years course with 6 semesters. The Center for Distance and Online Education provides a moderate fee structure for the BCom program, ranging between INR 15,000/- to INR 45,000/- for the entire program.  Students who have passed intermediate (10+2) from any recognized board are eligible for the BCom program. This programme covers these subjects like Financial, Business Law, Corporate Accounting, Economics and Auditing. Registration fees range between Rs 300 and Rs 1000 one one-time payments only. Admission processes are open for the 2025-2026 batch in several universities until 15 September 2025 for the July and August academic session.

Eligibility Criteria for the BCom Program

Instruction for filling of application form are given below- 

Step 1. Visit Official website- search for official website of Open University and search for BCom program.

Step 2. Registration- Click on “New Registration” for the 2025 academic session. Fill the registration form with your valid email ID and mobile number. After registration, candidates will get a password and username for login on the official website of university. 

Step 3. Log in on portal – Students must login with the help of username and password provided by university for the application form. 

Step 4. Application form- After successful login on portal, application form open for admission process. Fill details in application form with qualification documents carefully. Upload important scanned documents such as marksheet, Aadhar card etc. 

Step 5. Payments – University verifies documents after submission of application form. Students can pay registration fee and program fee after documents verification successful. 

Step 6.Download- After final submission of the application form and payments, download the acknowledgement slip and payment slip provided by the university.
