BDes Distance Education Admission 2025-26: BDes course is a 4-year Bachelor of Design undergraduate course that provides education in technical, creative and problem-solving skills in various design fields. Students may also learn design theory, color theory, and many fundamentals of drawing. Candidates who want to pursue this program shall hold a 10+2 qualification in any discipline that may include arts, science, commerce, and humanities. Universities offering BDes courses are Amity University, NIFT, MIT Institute of Design, and Symbiosis Institute of Design. Admission to these universities is based on scoring marks in an entrance exam. Some of the entrance exams accepted by universities are UCEED, NIFT entrance examination, NID DAT, etc. The BDes course can be completed in 4 years, spread across 8 semesters.
